Many years ago, when we began our business, one of the main goals we had was to make sure our clients get superb customer service- start to finish. From your initial contact to communication after your project completion, we treat our clients with the utmost respect and consideration during all phases of their outdoor living space addition.

Our Process

Our process begins from point of contact. Whether you contact us via email, phone, or online form submission, a member of our team will promptly reach out to respond. At Deck Plus, unlike other builders, we will call you or email you back in a timely fashion. No multiple calls, no worries about “if and when” we will reply because we are here to serve you.

Once we connect with you, we will discuss the project you have in mind, your budget and your timeframe. We then schedule your complimentary design consultation. At this consultation, one of our talented designers will meet with you to discuss what you envision for your new deck, porch, patio, 3-season room or other structure. We want to know what you like and don’t like, your primary use of the space, and all the details and specifications you envision. At this time, we will take measurements and discuss all the options for your custom-designed space. From there, we return to our offices to curate your design and detailed costs quote.

When we complete your custom design and price quote for the project, we will then contact you for your proposal meeting which can be conducted at our office or we can come to you. The final step is contract and scheduling and you are well on your way to the outdoor living area of your dreams! Our process is simple, stress-free, and all about you and exceeding your needs.

We Cater To You!

Our team takes care of everything, from securing permitting, material orders and coordinating scheduling for your project build. If you need a package put together for your HOA, we can take care of that for you as well. Our goal is to make your addition seamless and a pleasure to watch come to fruition before your very eyes, not a headache.  Our installers are craftsmen, fully insured, and conduct themselves in a professional manner. We respect your home, property, and your family while working on your project.
