These elements work in unison to give you the benefits of a screened porch and a sunroom enclosure but at a fraction of the cost of a sunroom addition. Here at Deck Plus, we design and build our 3-season room addition through the inclusion of the Eze-Breeze® four-track sliding window system.

The Eze-Breeze® system can transform a new or existing screened porch into a three-season room. The windows are custom-made to fit your porch’s specifications. The system is made up of four sliding, clear vinyl panels that slide up or down behind a screened outer panel. These panels can be fully opened to reveal 75% airflow on your porch, or fully closed to give you a 100% enclosure. The system can also easily be altered at your discretion to utilize more or less protection as you desire whenever the need arises.

When the window panel system is in place, you can experience the natural environment while staying protected from allergens, pollen, harsh temperatures, and even nuisance pests like mosquitoes and stinging insects. A three-season room will allow you to witness all the sights and sounds of the season.
